Compensation and Bonuses:

  • Compensation starts at $16.50/hr + bonuses. We provide a 2%-5% raise every year.

The Company

We provide Medical Professional Liability and Commercial Insurance to Physicians and Healthcare professionals in the states of California, Arizona & Nevada. We are a full-service brokerage firm, dedicated solely to Physicians and Healthcare Professionals.

Account Manager/Customer Service Responsibilties

  • Manage current account renewals and facilitate the underwriting process by obtaining applications, managing communications, and presenting renewal quotes.

  • Manage current account requests for policy changes, update requests, cancelation requests and duties responsible for a customer service representative.

  • Work with Account Producers to transcribe applications and help facilitate the generation of new business.

  • Provide exceptional customer experiences to our current clients and future new clients.

  • Review bound policies and ensure accuracy with endorsements and policy standards.

  • Others duties as assigned

Account Manager/Customer Service Requirements

  • You must be technology savvy! We are a technology company

  • Be able to type at least 45+ wpm, preferably 60+ wpm

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, & Google Workspace

  • Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work

  • Positive attitude
